 For the creator of  F B F it would help if you are a member of a 
gym but it is not necessary. but it would help if you had access to a gym.

To be honest I don’t feel comfortable exercising in front of people. So if you want to get the best results and also workout from home Rob recommends that for your home gym you need:

Weight Lifting Gloves

Adjustable dumbbells.
Water bottle.

The Push Up Handles
weight benches.

The focus of the FBF program is on doing high intensity interval workouts which means you do an intense exercise and then take a 30 second low intensity break before doing the next exercise.

 After my first day was completely worn out.
